My brain is thinking of your story the whole time I'm photographing so that after your elopement or wedding day I can design a gorgeous fine art album for you to relive your day over and over again. The best part, you only have to do the fun stuff like picking a cover color, I do the heavy lifting!
With Joy too of course 😜 but I'm a triple-hybrid photographer who uses 35mm film, digital, and iPhone formats to give you a little bit of everything that feels like a 90's childhood mixed with all of our human emotions.
Personally, that isn't enough. You need someone who lives + breathes helping her clients. Sure we will write your timeline together, but I'm also going to get the permits, point you where you need to go, and then keep in constant communication so we're always on the same page.

Printing is huge afterwards. Yes I will give you a USB with your digital back up, but I need you to have these images printed because you're a work of art. I'm going to prove it to you!
Personally your wedding isn't just one day. You have the full week of prep, to the night before, dinner, friends coming in to celebrate, and even the day after to adventure around. That's why my couples almost always choose multi day coverage. We want the full story!
My film work is meant to feel lived in, like your 90's childhood nostalgia. I want it to feel a little messy, a little chaos because as humans that's who we are -- we're not meant to be perfect. We're meant to find connection with each other.
Your gallery is going to be a full story of different kinds of images. With me I love being a fly on the wall, but I also will take control at times to direct you. I read the room though, don't worry.

Hawaii weddings and elopements I always encourage my couples to do multi day coverage because chances are you are also flying into the islands. Your gallery should reflect all your memories, from welcome dinners, to the details, to the adventure sessions, and even if we did your couple portraits on different days!

Seriously, wake up when you want, hike the mountain you want, hire the vendors you really want because you're not catering to 200-500 people. Write your vows, talk to everyone, and try new activities with your partner while I document it all for you to relive for years to come.
If you can't imagine your day without a tight timeline of hair & makeup at 7 am for a large wedding party, and jumping from one photoshoot to the next, and running from a church to a barn than go do that!
