Hello Humans!!

We are going to be posting blogs a lot in the next few weeks to catch up on our fall weddings! Today is all about Carrie + Tom’s backyard wedding! These two met at their favorite bar, Spicoli’s, and it has become “their” place over time! We did end their engagement session there, too!

These two planned a small, intimate 20 guest wedding to take place in Carrie’s parent’s backyard garden! It was a little breezy but overall when the sun was shining it was a beautiful fall day! The garden, ah! Carrie’s mom beautified it all Summer and it was so worth all those hours!

Carrie got ready in her childhood bedroom, and the furniture was her grandmother’s which was also where she got her name from!  The bracelet that Carrie wore was also hers, and her grandmother was photographed wearing the same bracelet on her wedding day!!

The decor Tom made himself from the wood center pieces, to painting the wine bottles. There was also a little sign with little wood letters!  The cake stand had “Tom + Carrie” carved into it as well!! Carrie’s son walked her – well joined her at the hip down the aisle, and then hung out with grandpa during the ceremony! Their joining ceremony was shots! True to them!

I love how much love and family was involved in their day. After tacos + drinks at the house they went to Spicoli’s for reception and more friends to celebrate their day with! Honestly, I would photograph these two any day!!
