Well first don’t worry about that, I always guide my clients on the consult call. You just tell me things that are important to you, and honestly how you want to feel on your elopement and that’s how we will build your custom coverage.
But because I know I have my logistical people, let’s break down all my starting day rates so you can feel totally confident on our consult!

Half-Day Elopement Coverage
Usually around 4-6 hours
Great for:
– Private vow ceremonies
– One or two locations close together
– Getting ready + portraits + ceremony
– Sunrise or sunset focused sessions
– Minimal hiking or travel time
What it feels like: Simple, beautiful, and focused. Great if you’re introverted, eloping solo or with a small group, and don’t want the day to feel like an event.

Full-Day Elopement Coverage
Typically 10+ hours
Great for:
– Full storytelling from start to finish
– Multiple 2+ locations (mountains, forests, coast, Airbnb, etc.)
– Incorporating activities like hiking, picnics, or kayaking
– Getting ready, vows, adventure portraits, post-ceremony dinner
– A guest gathering plus private moments
What it feels like: A full experience. Not rushed. Not performative. Just you two soaking in the day as it unfolds—every laugh, trail snack, and misty mountaintop view.

Typically 2+ Days
Great for:
– Full storytelling from when you arrive to when you leave
– Multiple 3+ locations (mountains, forests, coast, Airbnb, etc.)

– Getting ready, vows, adventure portraits, post-ceremony dinner
– A guest gathering plus private moments
– Wanting to wear your attire multiple times
– Activities that take up a large chunk of time like a helicopter tour
